Have a Red, Green and Blue Christmas Eve

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE! It IS the MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!!!

We had a situation at our school recently that brought out the best in our community.  The efforts of  local churches, teachers and community members aided in helping a family in extreme need.

When we hear the phrase “What would Jesus do?”  The answer is this.  This family will have the safest, most blessed Christmas that they have had in many years.  I’m very thankful to live among such good and caring people.

That’s what Christmas is.  Jesus was born into this world to give us hope.   And hope is what this community gave this family.

Yes I am wearing the cliche red and green.  If you can’t get by with it on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, then when?

My scarf is tartan blue and green and I just realized this winter how well it would go with my Banana Republic Dress Coat.

My Dooney & Bourke purse is years old but I pull it out whenever I want a pop of color from my accessories.   Denim jeggings and nude colored booties complete the outfit.
