Leopard Tank, Neutral Cardigan & Straight Crop Jeans

Game Day! A fellow teacher wore a t-shirt yesterday that said “football is the reason for the season”, haha. Graphic tees are so fun and they are really eye catching. I love to wear mine for different holidays or occasions. I have a fall graphic I will wear next week; when it’s officially October!

Whew! Long title today. I wanted to put all of it on there because all items are relevant to today’s outfit. So many options for you to see. I couldn’t stop linking because there are great markdowns going on right now. Almost everything I chose is on sale!

Today I’m styling three fairly new pieces, two of which I’ve styled already with other outfits. I love all three of these for different reasons. The subtle leopard print tank is a good fall neutral and doesn’t scream animal print (nothing wrong with screaming, but some may want a quieter approach to this wild trend). The Loft cardigan is perfect because it’s neutral and duh…a cardigan.

The jeans are a new trend I thought I would try so I could report back to you. The straight leg is gaining popularity, especially in crop jeans. So far, I’m split on what I think about these.  I’ll have to wash them and wear a few times before I decide.  They are mom jeans, which means a higher rise than I’m used to. The wash is not my favorite but it isn’t a deal breaker. I love the length and the raw hem. I even like the fact that they are not skinnies. The straight cut is current and trendy right now.

The leopard tank came from Target but is long gone (it sold out before I put it on the blog the first time). Here, here and here are some cute options.
