Rainy Day Fall Outfit

Tomorrow I will reveal my two winners!!! This time it’s a two-fer.  One will be chosen from any new subscription in September or October. The other will be anyone already subscribed to my current mailing list. The $20 gift cards will be from Walmart.

I had planned to reveal today but I was sick with a headache when I left school and spent most of the evening on the couch napping. Ugh! I feel much better today so hopefully I can get back on schedule.

Halloween was a rainy, rainy day and then turned very cold.  We completely skipped fall, it seems.

It was so much fun picking an alternative occupation for our costumes this year. I went as Jim the mechanic; which just happens to be my boyfriend’s job. He is the best in the land and graciously lent me his work shirt and oil rag, lol! I have to say it was by far my most comfortable Halloween outfit; much better than the year I was a mummy or the year I was The Red Queen, or the year…well you get the idea. Here are a few pictures of other teachers and me in all our career glory!

Kristin the police woman and me, the mechanic.

Wendy works in a different school and she dressed from the decade of peace and love.

Pulling from my closet to wear a comfy and warm outfit for a week that started out rainy and ended up cold. Tan cardigan is old (similar // similar // similar). These Kaari Blue pants come in three colors and are BOGO 50% off right now at Belk.

Black Hunters are perfect for cold, rainy days. Less expensive options here (similar // similar // similar).
