I’m styling a red floral dress today that is multi-seasonal. Not sure if that’s a word but it works!
Adding a leopard print belt belt and mid-calf boots takes this dress from summer to fall. If you like the idea of mixing patterns but are a big chicken like me, start small. This skinny belt doesn’t take away from the floral print, it adds visual interest without being overwhelming.
My daughter let me borrow this dress to style but I may just “forget” to return it until I’ve worn it a time or two. I really like it!
Don’t discount your summer tops and dresses for fall. A cardigan, blazer or denim jacket makes them work in chillier temperatures.
Wearing Michael Kors boots that I bought on clearance years ago. Similar are linked below.
I wear booties most of the time. It’s nice to change up the height of the boot for a different look, especially when wearing a dress. Even though these boots aren’t technically western, I think these have that feel; which is on point because the western look is having a moment right now.
