Yes, America’s birthday is over but summer is still in full swing and that means more cookouts, swim parties and get-togethers. Today’s recipe is perfect for guests to munch on when they first arrive.
I first posted this luscious appetizer a year ago. It was a success for me and others! I received several rave reviews and took all the credit. Just kidding! I discovered the recipe on Pinterest, of course. Credit and link to homeremedies’ website is below.
Add these mushrooms to your summer menu as a side dish or an appetizer. They are filling, so eat sparingly if you want to save room for other goodies.
A little more labor intensive than the recipe says but that’s probably because I’m a slow mincer, chopper, etc. All in all, it took around 1:15, but 30 minutes of that was the baking.
This does not look “extremely fine”…I kept chopping!
Stuffed is the correct word for sure. I filled and filled…I wasn’t about to waste any of it!
Pretty presentation. Recipe actually made 26, they just wouldn’t all fit in my dish. I ate the extras for my supper!
Oops! They are coated in butter so these suckers are slippery.
For my effort and for taste, I score this dish a 9/10. Almost perfect!
