  • Red Floral Dress and Kors Boots

    I’m styling a red floral dress today that is multi-seasonal.  Not sure if that’s a word but it works! Adding a leopard print belt belt and mid-calf boots takes this dress from summer to fall.  If you like the idea of mixing patterns but are a big chicken like me, start small.  This skinny belt doesn’t take away from the floral print, it adds visual interest without being overwhelming. My daughter let me borrow this dress to style but I may just “forget” to return it until I’ve worn it a time or two.  I really like it! Don’t discount your summer tops and dresses for fall.   • Bright Red Swing Dress with Bell Sleeves

    This dress is even brighter in person than in these pictures. You cannot hide while wearing it that’s for sure. Is it red, is it coral? Poppy always comes to mind when I wear it so I looked up the shades of a poppy flower. Yep, it def falls in that color scheme. I have no idea why I’m looking to my right in almost every picture.  This photography is hard!  The dress is Worthington brand that I bought last fall on clearance.  Here are a couple of  “poppy” options.
