I have always been a little intimidated by tiramisu. No idea why, but I’ve just never wanted to make one. I thought it would be time consuming and not worth the effort. Boy, was I wrong! This easy recipe took me a total of 30 minutes to prepare!
The only part that overwhelmed me was actually whipping the cream to make the whipped filling. It took a lot longer than I anticipated (but in reality it only took 8 minutes).
I ordered my ladyfingers from Amazon because I couldn’t find them in the store. Don’t soak them too long in the coffee – they turn into mush! Found out that the hard way.
I took two forks and flipped them after about a second and then placed them în the dish.
I used my great-grandmother’s sifter to disperse the cocoa on top of the tiramisu.
Everyone that had a piece said it was delish – and I agree!
