Spring is coming! But first, we get to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I know, I know, commercialism and all that jazz but we could say that about every holiday. That’s the world we live in. I, for one, enjoy celebrating a day of love. I am thankful for all the loved ones in my life. And this year we have an extra love. ❤️
Do you realize that Valentine’s Day falls on a Friday this year? That’s nice for all that want to go out and eat. What I am afraid is that everyone will wait until Saturday thinking that the crowds will be smaller. If everybody does that, then THAT will be the crowded day, so we may just order in 🤷♀️. Jim grilled steaks last year and it was wonderful.
Whether you plan to attend a get together or go out to eat, this Valentine outfit would work well. These pieces were all pulled out of my closet; nothing new here. I bet all of you have red or burgundy or pink in your closet. A feminine blouse dresses up a cardigan or blazer so even though I have on jeans; the outfit is stylish and appropriate for a nice night out, or grilling on the deck, lol.
If you don’t like heels, pointy flats can look just as nice. Add a few pieces of jewelry and you are ready to go! Everyone will think you have on a completely new outfit. Score!
