What To Wear On A Chilly Spring Day

Is it November, February, who knows??? It’s much nicer today but last Saturday….forget chilly; it was downright rainy, windy and cold with a high of 47!

This is what I wore out to eat Saturday night with friends.  I threw on my blue cardigan for extra warmth.  Crazy, crazy weather.

Thankfully, it warmed up quickly and Easter turned out beautifully.  I was extra glad because I was sleeveless.  I did manage to lose about three pounds so the purple dress fit much better. Don’t get me wrong, I still wore my faithful Spanx.  It’s a miracle worker.

I searched in my closet for a long sleeve that didn’t look too winter-y.  When I posted this top before, I paired it with a red skirt and black blazer.  I like how it also works with a casual vibe.

It hurt a little to pull out the black ankle boots again, but no way was I gonna wear sandals or even mules out to eat. I would have been sooo cold.

This top is still available here.  Similar spring tops that have a long sleeves are below.  Some of us have to work in air conditioning so a sleeve usually feels good, even in the summer months.

One blouse worn three ways.  Recent posts here and here.
