OH MY! This is delicious!!! I had to sneak a few bites before I stored it for the night. Hopefully, the acidity of the verde salsa will keep the avocado from turning yucky brown before it is served tomorrow!
Well…this happened. My expertise in the kitchen never ceases to amaze me. Just thankful the stool rather than my foot received the brunt of the blade!

Make sure you read the author’s notes in the recipe post. Basically, if your avocados are riper than normal back off a little on the verde salsa. Mine definitely were so I used 3/4 cup instead of a full cup.
Add jalapeños or cilantro for a bit of a bite.
