Baked Brie with a Fun Fall Twist

Repost! Sorry guys, this one should have all the information!

My sweet sister is sharing her tried and true Brie Dip for us today!

12 oz. wheel of Brie

1 tbsp. butter

2 medium apples, chopped

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. caramel sauce, plus more for garnish

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Stacey’s Salted Caramel Pita Chips

Place brie on a small baking sheet and bake…450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make apple mixture. Heat butter over medium heat. When melted, add apples, sugar, caramel and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft, about 5 minutes. Top brie with apples and bake 5 minutes more. Drizzle with more caramel and serve with Pita chips.

A couple of tips: peel apples, break the brie shell with a chip and cheese will ooze out. Don’t eat shell, it’s not so great!

This is a delicious appetizer or dessert for your next get-together.

Thank you, my beautiful sister for your contribution!

I would love to hear from you!
