Ham & Pickle Rolls

The weekend is here and I have an easy tailgating snack to share that’s always a crowd pleaser.

How cute is this Tablescape Collection place card?  My sweet sister gave me two for my birthday.  She thought they would be perfect for my “Cooking On Purpose” recipe presentations and she was right!  I love!

I did forget to take a picture with the place card and finished product.  I’ll make sure and get it next time.

I could only find the Tablescape Collection picture online at Target; and not the individual place card items.  Not sure if they are discontinued or just sold out at present time.

Three ingredients:  quality dill pickles, sliced ham, and soft cream cheese.  It’s very important to dry off the ham and pickles so the cream cheese will stick. I use paper towels to blot the moisture.

I spread the cream cheese on pretty thick for two reasons, it holds the roll together and cream cheese is delicious!

Cut the rolls into 6 or so pieces and add a toothpick.  Now, watch them disappear!

I was making this snack long before Pinterest but I did go ahead link a couple of pins for you in case you wanted variations.
